Carolinas Medical Center, CMC-Mercy, CMC-NorthEast and CMC-Pineville have been recognized under the J.D. Power and Associates Distinguished Hospital Program. This distinction acknowledges a strong commitment to provide an outstanding emergency department experience. Only 20 percent of the hospitals in the nation qualify to achieve this distinction.
